The Hampshire Plaza, located at 1000 Elm Street, is a 20-story high rise located in the downtown area. 
 

To date we have participated in the design and renovation of 2/3 of the 200,000 SF, which includes all common areas, elevators and 6 floors of federal government offices of various departments. 
 

The entry lobby was updated with hardwood and stone surfaces complementing the existing elevator granite wall enclosures. A new canopy and signage was added to the exterior to put a desired new face at the street level.
