Berard Martel was requested to provide design for a building shell to be occupied by medical offices. Several design issues were prioritized around the need for this building to be similar in appearance to the tenant's main hospital campus nearby. Another theme was the desire to reference the City's manufacturing roots and the numerous multi-storied brick structures in the city center. Thus, this building shares a similar scale of massing, window placement, and finish materials with those structures.
