This reclaimed site features two buildings similarly designed to provide a unified retail environment. The most prominent, L-shaped building front Route 1 was built over the structural skeleton of a former bowling alley. The actual site is lower than the main thoroughfare and was intentionally designed with higher walls to create more visual impact along the busy retail strip. The site has a central parking area with the buildings sited to enclose this parking field.
 

Design inspiration included simplifying European finishes and imagery, such as the fortified building base, central tower forms, and stone-like detailing and coloration.
