MANCHESTER RESIDENCE

This project was an addition and renovation to an existing residence located in Manchester, NH.  The original design style was classic contemporary which was converted to a French Chateau style house with stucco, wood and stone accents on the exterior.  The additions to the home include 
a new stall to the preexisting two car garage and a large gourmet kitchen and breakfast area. 

Renovations were made to most of the existing rooms in the house including a new master suite, wood paneled office, pantry, dining and living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms.  The exterior of the home was completed relandscaped with brick and stone walks and patios, a cobblestone driveway, retaining walls and new lush plantings.
