RiverWalk at Loon Mt. is a three phase (construction) destination resort offering every amenity in all seasons.
Phase I has been occupied for four years. Phase II is underway and scheduled for Spring 2024 occupancy, followed by Phase III construction. The completed resort will be lift linked to the planned new Loon Mt. Resort Village.
RIVERWALK PHASE ONE
OPENED IN 2016
Seven-stories with 79 suites over 160,000 SF in a full-service and fractional ownership hotel, on completion it became the tallest building in NH north of Concord at 188 feet.
RIVERWALK PHASE TWO
CONSTRUCTION
SCHEDULED TO OPEN SPRING 2024
The 180,000 SF of RiverWalk's "West Wing" will add 66 additional luxury residences and expand the footprints of the Solstice North Day Spa and the Seven Birches Winery. Phase II will also add the Grand Ballroom Event Center serviced by an extensive commercial kitchen.
