The design for a large addition and complete renovation to an existing home overlooking the Wentworth by the Sea resort was created and shown in the above photograph. A substantial renovation occurred in the kitchen creating an intimate sit-down breakfast area allowing for ocean and harbor views. A 3-car garage was added making way for the second-story 30 x 30 vaulted family room with a fieldstone and brick fireplace and floor to ceiling glass windows. A large wrap around deck was designed and attached to an existing master suite.
