As part of a historic retail center in the Bedford Historic District, all buildings were required to provide forms and finishes appropriate to the area. This new structure was conceived as a horse barn complete with carriage style doors, arching roof detailing, and shingled siding. Boasting a clear spam interior, this butcher shop harkens back to a time when natural materials were the standard building elements.
