Project has received full site plan approval.

Approximately 12 buildings and extensive outside hardscaping making safe passage and recreational zones. Embracing the stay-work-play experiene, a "walk and bike" connects to a newly constructed middle school where 800 students are enrolled.

A new adjacent playground with splashpad, table areas and park public building with food/provisions, brewpub and other complementary offerings - all part of the plan to  make the area an example of vibrant mixed-use neighborhood living in New Hampshire.
